Our FR10 inspection application died after writing to the transport but before storing the result. On restart, its ledger still says pending and the helper wants to send the job again. I have disabled that automatic resend while fixing the bookkeeping. Pending currently means both never attempted and outcome unknown, which is a dreadful instruction to hand to the next operator.
