The bright streak walks across the plate when I tilt it

I put a small removable mark on the back of our trim sample so we could recognise it. Now we have three pictures of the same plate with a bright streak in three places. Two are labelled scratched. Our planned UR5e camera inspection needs better references than this, but I don't know who should settle the doubtful plate.
