Missing inspection recipe behind the pendant pictures

I need the external recipe as well as the FR10 program for our handover. Our screenshots show a coupon check passing, but not which recipe produced the result. How should I ask the integrator to tie the saved program, recipe and fixture version together so a beginner can find the right set?
