I went to look at a refurbished FR5 for loading little aluminium blocks into our sample trays. Nice clean arm, new-looking covers, and a sticker saying inspected. Asked what they'd inspected and got shown the sticker again.
I'm not expecting a used machine to arrive with its autobiography, but I do want something tied to this arm and controller before paying to collect it. Would you start with the service history, an itemised inspection sheet, or an agreed demonstration with our blocks? The seller hasn't offered any of those yet.
