fr10 spare cable apparently needs another order to travel with

Our FR10 is here and the installed pendant cable is correct. The spare cable included in the purchase is still missing after fifty-six days. Sales now wants another order so it can travel with that. I mean an entirely new purchase, not a replacement reference. That is not how I expected an included spare to arrive.
