Locator improvement lost at the replacement puck tray

Our supervised UR5e trial looked steadier after the locator change, then a replacement tray brought another miss. I want the lesson to show that first improvement without calling the exchange solved. We have kept both trays and the attempted-transfer notes for comparison.
