Our proposed FR5 inspection nest touches several surfaces of a milled support bracket. Bench samples do not settle alike despite the convincing CAD view. Before accepting the suggested stronger clamp, I want to compare each contact's role with the intended datums; which observations would expose conflicting location rather than simply a badly seated sample?
