our pallet lesson cannot explain the turned row yet

I am preparing the eventual UR5e pallet lesson, but the proposed turned row puts the packed cases' supported ends over finger gaps. Packaging and tooling have separate comments and no common accepted section. Who should resolve that before I turn the top view into an instruction for the next operator?
