our faceplate images keep inventing new scratches

I have the physical faceplates and full captures for the planned FR5 inspection, but the moving bright streaks have been labelled as scratches without a matching physical check. I want quality to settle the sample judgements first, then compare presentation and lighting with an actual reject still in view. The programmer is waiting for a reference set we can explain.
