The locator helped until we fitted the second sleeve tray

Our added UR5e tray locator improved the first sleeve tray's seating in the supervised checks. Replacement tray still misses, and I've retained both trays rather than touching up another point. The shift note now says first-tray improvement, replacement unresolved. Not the triumphant update I nearly wrote, but the one we've actually earned.
