Puck tilting after the fingers close

We've stopped adding pickup corrections to our UR5e job. The puck looks square in its pocket, then one edge rises as the fingers close. Same tray label, but I haven't checked the supports underneath. What should maintenance compare first, and what should I preserve from the earlier taught versions?
