FR10 alignment adapter with an unexplained extra shoulder

I've left our tooling in its box. The delivered FR10 adapter has a shoulder that isn't on the fixture drawing our seller approved, and their reply just calls it the newer equivalent. Can I get a useful comparison from photographs and the supplied markings first? Don't fancy paying our fitter to discover the difference for them. I also need the correct assembly information for whoever inherits this kit.
