ur5e fixture mock accepts a call with no arguments

Our offline fixture-status test stays green even when I remove a required argument, because the UR5e SDK substitute accepts everything and returns true; I want it to reject the wrong call and supply documented reply cases, without pretending that a happy screen establishes anything about the physical fixture.
