Why does our FR5 sleeve lean only after the first finger touches?

I watched the sleeve before the pickup this time. It seems seated in the tray, then tips as one finger reaches it. We have several position edits saved already. I would like maintenance to compare the tray and fitted contacts before another adjustment hides the starting point.
