12分That gives you a useful teaching pair: the same physical nick under two presentations, with the changing reflection identified separately. Keep the full images too; close crops can hide the presentation difference you are trying to explain.

17分Quality has supplied an accepted bezel with a similar finish. Our corrected pair now shows the nick, not the moving line, as the defect. I have left threshold selection out of this exercise.
21分Can the next shift locate the nick from your new page without you standing beside them? That would be a useful check on the handover wording.
