FR10 connector loading pauses after a tray change. Our support clips say tray one, new tray and outlet. Same place, apparently. What should I send?

Start with the physical tray station and its identifier, then one occurrence with the readable message, active step and time. We had to separate two fixture revisions in another report; the casual tray names were hiding the difference.
14分Receiving station R2. Message says tray not confirmed. I can get the matching log interval.
9分Ask support which confirmation that step expects at R2, with the relevant ordinary input state for the same occurrence. The message alone doesn't tell you whether it means identity, seating or an empty receiving location.
5分They say fixture seated confirmation. Maintenance is comparing the target arrangement with R2's drawing.
16分Which drawing revision? Get that into the ticket before someone compares the old target position again.

Maya, R2 revision E. Alex, fitted target differs from E; tooling is reviewing why. No repair yet.
5分Does the other changeover fixture use the same revision? Useful to check before the report starts treating every tray change as one case.
6分Other fixture is D. We've separated its occurrences. Thanks, Will; the shared station name hid that.
3分Keep R2 as the station name and add the installed fixture ID beside each occurrence. You need both, otherwise fixing the ambiguous tray names just replaces one missing detail with another.
10分Has tooling confirmed the intended target arrangement for E? That still needs answering before the mismatch becomes a repair instruction.
