Start with the physical tray station and its identifier, then one occurrence with the readable message, active step and time. We had to separate two fixture revisions in another report; the casual tray names were hiding the difference.

9 pointsAsk support which confirmation that step expects at R2, with the relevant ordinary input state for the same occurrence. The message alone doesn't tell you whether it means identity, seating or an empty receiving location.

3 pointsKeep R2 as the station name and add the installed fixture ID beside each occurrence. You need both, otherwise fixing the ambiguous tray names just replaces one missing detail with another.
