Ask the order contact for the controller package's own identifier and current location, including the listed power lead. I mean the actual package they say was shipped, not a copy of the arm's delivery page.

They supplied a warehouse package mark. Warehouse confirms it is still there, awaiting release instruction.
5分That gives your buyer somebody specific to contact. Has the warehouse checked the contents against the controller and power-lead lines? Better to settle both before arranging another collection.
