Our FR10 arm arrived without its controller or power lead. Seller says separate shipment; 35 days later, still no reference. Packaging kept. Setup cannot start.
Ask the order contact for the controller package's own identifier and current location, including the listed power lead. I mean the actual package they say was shipped, not a copy of the arm's delivery page.
That gives your buyer somebody specific to contact. Has the warehouse checked the contents against the controller and power-lead lines? Better to settle both before arranging another collection.
