15分Don't throw the whole folder away though. We had old setup photos that showed a support had moved, even when the inspection sheets were hopeless. Anything identifying what changed could still help the fixture designer.

15分Ours were tied to a work order. No neat revision history, sadly. We could at least show which job used which support position.
6分I found photographs with work-order references, but none records when the correction was introduced; they show the existing arrangement more clearly than the drawing does.
