Ask for the inspection scope, findings and tested package identities tied to the offered equipment. Then have a qualified assessor review what was actually checked and what remains outside that work.
16分Seller supplied identities but says the sheet is its standard checklist, not a completed report for this package. No actual findings supplied. I asked for access for an independent pre-purchase assessment.

19分Assessor and seller are defining those checks and the package available to inspect. Collection remains unbooked; I am not counting a proposed visit as a condition assessment.

14分Yes. It identified missing package items and repair work excluded from the asking price. The resulting cost no longer suits our fixture-to-tray proposal, so we declined the purchase. We paid for the assessment, not collection.
17分Keep that costed reason with the listing. Cheap equipment has a habit of getting rediscovered.
