Arm crate received. Separate pendant crate missing. Carrier receipt counts a pallet, seller list counts crates. I have asked for the pendant crate's trace and keep getting the delivered page instead.
Put the absent crate mark beside the arrival photograph and seller's package list, then ask the carrier to identify where that specific crate entered and left its depot
Ask for the depot loading photograph or package record behind intact; it needs to show what was on that pallet when loaded, not only that a pallet reached you
Keep the two missing facts separate: whether that crate reached consolidation, and whether it left on your pallet. Ask the freight coordinator to own both enquiries. You should not have to guess which company's warehouse to search next.
Was there any evidence the pendant crate was ever attached to the arm pallet? If not, don't let everyone narrow the search to something supposedly removed from that pallet.
Thanks for clarifying that, Martin; the coordinator may need to search for a separate handling unit from the start, rather than explain a removal nobody has established.
