Put the absent crate mark beside the arrival photograph and seller's package list, then ask the carrier to identify where that specific crate entered and left its depot

19分Keep the two missing facts separate: whether that crate reached consolidation, and whether it left on your pallet. Ask the freight coordinator to own both enquiries. You should not have to guess which company's warehouse to search next.

12分None that I have. I had assumed they travelled together because of the shared consignment. I have corrected that in the trace request.
