FR5 unloading proposal reaches our steel blank on paper. No gripper body. No open door. Need the full approach checked before arm selection.

Ask the supplier for the loaded tool through entry and exit, using your actual machine door positions; I'd hold the purchase decision until they can show that.

Requested. They only had the machine brochure.

Send measurements from the installed machine, particularly anything changed since the brochure; our machine had acquired a guard bracket nobody had put on the layout.

We have an added door catch. Measuring that too.

There you go. Small bits count when they're in the way.

Does the tool drawing include the blank after gripping? Its withdrawal orientation may occupy different space from the blank still sitting in the fixture.

Pickup shown. Held withdrawal absent. Added to the request.

Can maintenance still reach that door catch and the fixture with the proposed base installed, or would routine work require moving the robot?

Fixture access remains. Door catch access needs checking with maintenance.

A simple dummy of the loaded tool can help everyone see the tight spots at the review. It won't replace the supplier's route check, but it makes omissions obvious.

Who is doing the final combined layout? I wouldn't want each reply to become a different approved sketch.

Integrator owns it. Measurements sent; review pending. No arm ordered.

Let us know where they end up putting it; the catch sounds like the sort of detail that can move the whole base.
