Which fitted contact is turning our UR5e spacer block?

The spacer block is located in the tray but turns as the fingers take it, and I want maintenance comparing the complete fitted contact positions before another pickup correction; we already know looking at a tray from above isn't a locating check

Compare the tray location and the assembled finger contacts with the intended drawings, including backing pieces and wear, using identified blocks rather than whichever sample happens to be nearest.

Tray checked correctly; one replacement contact strip stands farther out because it was fitted over an older backing piece, and maintenance has both the assembly drawing and the actual parts now

Has maintenance restored the intended assembly, with the programmer reviewing the compensating edits against it rather than retaining corrections made for the extra thickness?

Assembly restored and the compensation reviewed before the controlled comparison; blocks now leave the tray square, though the receiving release still needs its check

Correct the replacement instruction as well, so the next strip does not inherit the same backing piece.
