I'm comparing an FR10 unloading offer with another candidate. One demo drops sleeves into open pockets; the other uses our tray with narrow dividers. Both looked usable, but only one had to get open fingers back past those dividers. I need a fairer basis for choosing.

Did either supplier offer to repeat the task with the same tray and sleeves, including the full tray rather than just its empty first row?
19分Not yet. I have asked both for that repeat, and for the price of any tray change they think we need. The open-pocket supplier had left tray supply out of the offer.
