I'm comparing an FR10 unloading offer with another candidate. One demo drops sleeves into open pockets; the other uses our tray with narrow dividers. Both looked usable, but only one had to get open fingers back past those dividers. I need a fairer basis for choosing.
Did either supplier offer to repeat the task with the same tray and sleeves, including the full tray rather than just its empty first row?
