I'm comparing an FR10 unloading offer with another candidate. One demo drops sleeves into open pockets; the other uses our tray with narrow dividers. Both looked usable, but only one had to get open fingers back past those dividers. I need a fairer basis for choosing.
Not yet. I have asked both for that repeat, and for the price of any tray change they think we need. The open-pocket supplier had left tray supply out of the offer.
