Send the missing crate mark with the seller's packing list and your arrival photographs. Ask the depot for its intake and loading records for that crate. One pallet does not settle how many crates were on it.
18分Seller's list names two crates. Our arrival photo shows one crate on the pallet. I have both crate marks.
7分Use those marks as the two receiving lines. Request a trace reference specifically for the absent one, not another delivered-consignment reply.
14分Depot opened a trace against the mounting-kit mark. Their initial reply had searched only our name.
3分Ask the seller for the onward handover record too. It may identify a depot reference that your name search could not find.
