Our FR5 arm crate arrived through consolidated freight. The separately marked mounting-kit crate did not. Receipt says one pallet, tracking says delivered. I need the depot to trace the missing crate rather than the whole consignment.

Send the missing crate mark with the seller's packing list and your arrival photographs. Ask the depot for its intake and loading records for that crate. One pallet does not settle how many crates were on it.

Use those marks as the two receiving lines. Request a trace reference specifically for the absent one, not another delivered-consignment reply.

Depot opened a trace against the mounting-kit mark. Their initial reply had searched only our name.

Ask the seller for the onward handover record too. It may identify a depot reference that your name search could not find.

Seller supplied a transfer note using the consolidator's account name. I have attached it to the trace.

It lists both crate marks separately. Depot is matching the second one to its receiving record.

Keep the mounting kit outstanding in stores while they do that. Freight can close a query before anyone on your side has seen the box.
