Can each supplier describe the physical or logical event behind their ready signal without using the word ready? That should expose which two meanings need separate names.

Caleb, yes, receipt and completion needed separate definitions on ours. Naomi's cancellation question sounds like the next missing agreement, not something a rename can settle.
