FR5 housing stop hidden behind the summary screen

Our imported FR5 package pauses during housing loading. Forty-one days on the seller's support ticket and my video mostly shows the operator reading the summary screen. I have the job version and the housing fixture identity. Which observation would actually show what the application is waiting for?

Can the application maintainer show you the active step and its expected confirmation? That would give your next report a target instead of another view of the stopped arm.

Maintainer says the step is waiting for fixture seated. The housing looks down in the nest in my recording. I don't have the underlying indication in shot.

Ask what detects seated on that fixture. It might not mean the whole housing is correctly down, even if the label suggests it.

Will's question matters. A nicer video of the same summary won't recover an input nobody captured.

Maintenance identified the seating switch and the mapped indication for this fixture. They're comparing a successful load and a stopped one with the application maintainer. No change to the wait.

Are both examples using the same fixture insert? Your report needs that detail. Intermittent across two inserts can be a different problem from intermittent on one unchanged arrangement.

Good, that keeps the comparison manageable. Include how the housing sits at the switch end, not only its top face.

Comparison captured. Stopped housing is slightly high at the switch end. The other end looked seated, which is all my first video really showed.

That explains why I asked. Has tooling looked at what supports that end?

Tooling found a small packing strip left beneath the removable support after its last service. They're restoring the documented support arrangement and checking the affected housings.

Was that service before the stops began?

Yes. Service entry precedes the first recorded stop. I can't date an earlier unreported pause.

Send that entry with the comparison. It gives support something much more useful than 'sometimes stops'.

And ask who checks the loaded sequence after tooling finishes.

Application maintainer and shift lead are doing that together. Tooling owns the support correction; I'm updating the report and the service handover.

A picture of the underside in that handover would help me. The strip was invisible in your original view, and another person could miss it during the next service.

Will, a picture helps identify the arrangement. The service instruction also needs to say which supports belong there. Otherwise the photograph becomes another thing somebody interprets from memory.

Maya, have the loading checks finished, or is the corrected fixture still waiting for that joint session?

Normal loading checks finished without the seating wait recurring. The joint session still has the interrupted-transfer recovery checks to complete. Support has the before-and-after comparison; I've added the support identities as well as the underside photo.
