Our seller says the UR5e and tray-handling gripper went to its freight agent. The agent has a booking under another reference and no warehouse receipt. Six days of asking has produced the same two screenshots. I want a movement trail tied to the crate before we rearrange the sample-tray bench.
Ask the seller for the physical handover record naming the receiver and crate mark, then have that receiver link its receipt to the agent's booking. Neither screenshot alone establishes the current location.
We nearly booked an installer from a loading photo once. The crate came back off the vehicle when the collection changed. Your photograph may be genuine and still not show a completed handover.
Does the seller still have a current warehouse inventory entry for your crate? Asking dispatch and stores together may locate it faster than reconstructing the intended trip first
Stores has found it in the outbound area. It was unloaded after the original collection changed, just as Sofia described. The seller confirms current custody.
Then ask them to identify the replacement collection arrangement and retire the cancelled reference clearly. You now have a location, but still need evidence of the next actual movement.
Keep the installer unbooked until your planning information is good enough. Finding it at the seller is better than not finding it, but it hasn't shortened the journey by magic.
New collection booked, with the crate mark and full contents attached. Old instruction cancelled. Agent has acknowledged the new reference but not receipt.
Who is watching for the collector's actual receipt against that new reference, LeoCarter? Worth assigning one person rather than waiting for whichever screenshot arrives first
Our buyer owns that check. Collector has now signed for the marked crate at the seller, with the receipt sent to the agent. Warehouse arrival is the next missing step.
