FR5 crate number missing from the handover message

The crate marking matches our packing list, but the seller's handover message names only the collection job, so I've asked for the actual collection receipt and the reference mapping

Is the warehouse saying it checked for your crate, or just that its booking has no receipt against it? I'd want that distinction clear before telling your planner anything about where the shipment is

Only no receipt against the booking, Victor; they haven't said they searched by the crate marking

Send that marking through the seller for the intake search too, then; a missing booking update and a missing physical crate need different follow-up.

That narrows the question. Ask the seller to reconcile the agent's onward handover with the warehouse, without treating the collection receipt as proof of delivery there.
