Ask the seller to connect the order, crate identifier and collection reference to the receiving warehouse reference; the photograph is useful only if its markings belong to that chain.

Is the warehouse saying it checked for your crate, or just that its booking has no receipt against it? I'd want that distinction clear before telling your planner anything about where the shipment is
