Our UR5e arm crate is here but the separate controller crate isn't, and after 51 days the seller and freight contacts still keep sending a receipt that says one delivered unit without explaining whether that unit means a crate or a pallet; I need somebody to trace the controller's own mark, not congratulate us on the arm again.
Ask the consolidator for its incoming count. If two crates went in and one came out, that is a much better search question than delivered versus not delivered.
One arm crate on one pallet, Nadia, with nothing attached in the unloading photographs; I have sent those with the controller mark to the consolidator.
They have found an incoming photo with both marks visible, Will, and the onward loading photo shows only the arm crate; they are checking the storage area used between those two stages.
Found it in an overflow bay under a handwritten internal reference, with our crate mark still on the other face; they sent current photos and linked that internal reference to the original consignment.
Nadia, they supplied all-side photos showing no visible external damage; Will, collection is now arranged but I have not booked installation, since we still need to receive and check the contents.
Controller crate arrived and receiving checked the identified package against the list, complete with no damage found in the receiving check; the shortage is closed and I can finally hand a complete delivery over for installation planning.
