Do you have the controller crate mark from the packing list, and does any physical handover record name it separately?
12分Packing list gives it a separate mark, Will, but the delivered receipt only names the master freight reference and one unit.
19分Ask the consolidator for its incoming count. If two crates went in and one came out, that is a much better search question than delivered versus not delivered.
6分Provided they identify both crate marks. A total of two could include an unrelated parcel, so the receiving count needs its contents explained.
