Ask the consolidator for its incoming count. If two crates went in and one came out, that is a much better search question than delivered versus not delivered.

Keep the seller's packing photo too. It may show the intended package, but it is not the consolidator's receipt of it.

Found it in an overflow bay under a handwritten internal reference, with our crate mark still on the other face; they sent current photos and linked that internal reference to the original consignment.
