Our FR10 arm arrived and its crate contents are checked. The controller and pendant cable are missing. Seller keeps saying separate shipment without another reference. I have retained the order contents and receiving photographs; which dispatch record should account for those two lines?
Ask for their actual package mark, completed contents list and collector handover. The arm's delivered page cannot account for a second package. Can dispatch identify where the controller and cable were packed together, or whether they were packed at all?
The existing list names a second crate for both, but I have no completed packing check or handover for that mark. Dispatch has been asked directly; the arm receipt stays separate.
Dispatch supplied a handover for the second mark to an origin warehouse. It includes controller and cable. Freight coordinator is checking the warehouse's actual intake and current location; no onward departure confirmed.
That is worth tracing. Ask the warehouse to confirm the physical crate and link any local label to your original mark; its expected-arrival entry would still only describe a plan.
Warehouse physically located the crate under a consolidation label and linked its intake to our mark. It missed the onward load. Agent is arranging the next movement; setup remains unbooked. Thanks Emma, the second-mark trace found it.
Give receiving that label link and the two missing contents now; when it moves, you want the actual package checked, not another complete-order tick based only on a carrier status.
