The setup work missing from my FR10 review

I called the FR10 sleeve demo easy to set up, which is generous considering I arrived to a finished fixture and a loaded program; I did change the pickup position and run the supervised transfer, but the demonstrator chose the fingers, set the tool information and sorted the tray before I got there. Need to rewrite that part without making it sound like I hated the afternoon.

Say exactly that, the bit you enjoyed is still yours, but I'd want to know who you could call when the next sleeve doesn't fit those lovely prepared fingers.

He stayed beside me throughout, and answered twice when I couldn't find the right screen; local support was discussed but not included in anything I took away.

Did you save your changed pickup and reopen it yourself?

Saved it, yes. Didn't reopen it.

That's a useful stopping point for the review, then, you tried editing with help and haven't tried picking the job up again without that help.

Could ask for another supervised go before making setup claims.

Or publish the narrower review now, Zara, I wouldn't spend another visit just to justify a sentence I could remove.

Removed easy to set up, added who prepared what and the two prompts I needed; kept my comments about seeing and changing the pickup because I actually did that. Thanks Jo, less surgery than I expected.

Sounds like a review I'd trust, especially the bit where you say what you haven't tried.
