Ask for the identified arm, controller and included equipment, refurbishment work and inspection scope with findings. Then price any independent assessment and missing support before comparing that attractive total.

Their existing reply lists the arm serial and says motion checked, but doesn't identify the controller or describe the inspection conditions. No service history supplied either. That is the information gap behind my hesitation, not a fault I've found.
