The seller's UR5e recording shows general movement but never identifies the complete pad assembly or keeps our sample visible through release. I have requested the agreed sample sequence with the package identities linked to the same recording. Without that link I cannot tell whether the demonstrated contacts are the ones being supplied.
Only the contact surfaces are visible. I have asked for the complete assembly identity and its link to the ordered package, followed by the agreed sample pickup, placement and release. The existing film remains insufficient; no acceptance given.
