The brass blank reaches the machine fixture very elegantly without a gripper around it. Our open door is absent too. I need the actual tool and doorway in the unloading review before the stand quote goes any further.
Ask for measured door and fixture geometry with the complete tool and actual blank position through removal, destination placement and return. Keep the intended grip fixed unless tooling proposes and assesses a change.
Tooling has the complete assembly drawing. Our survey shows the opening but not where the door parks, so I have asked the machine contact to add the panel, handle and linkage.
The combined model now includes the nest and measured door. Loaded withdrawal meets the door handle at the quoted stand position; a farther position is being assessed with the same tool.
Setter has marked the required trolley space. The farther base clears it on the layout, but maintenance still needs to check the adjacent service-panel access.
Still provisional. Maintenance needs the complete base footprint, not just the column circle supplied so far. No stand order; the original position remains rejected for the handle clash.
