Cannot choose a pickup version while our FR10 sleeve grip changes shape

I've kept the earlier pickup complaints separate from the later finger replacement, so we aren't giving one finding credit for the whole history. On this FR10 sleeve transfer, the current problem is a sleeve leaning against one finger before lift. The source fixture looks unchanged. What comparison would you ask maintenance to make before anyone chooses another offset?

Check sleeve seating at the source and the fitted finger assembly against their drawings. Include the mounting faces, not only the surfaces you can see around the sleeve.

Source seating matches the drawing on the retained samples. One fitted finger has a different backing suffix from its partner. Supplier is checking the intended pair.

Keep those same sleeves for the comparison after the finger question is answered, because changing to a new sample set could hide which improvement came from the assembly.

Is that different suffix an approved pair or just two parts that happen to bolt on?

David, who will review the accumulated program changes with the confirmed assembly? Finding an incorrect component, if that is what the supplier finds, would still leave the current pickup settings to account for.

The integrator owns that review, Pavel. Daniel, supplier says the pair is wrong: the later backing needs its matching contact piece. They have sent the assembly drawing, not a trial result.

Does stores have enough detail to stop the mixed pair being supplied again, including how to identify the loose pieces after a bag is opened?

Farah, that last bit matters. A correct label on an empty bag is wonderfully easy to file.

Stores is separating the versions and adding the loose-part identification. Correct assembly passed the bench seating check with our retained sleeves. Integrator has reviewed the points; the supervised transfer check is still pending.

Will that transfer check cover both pickup and release at the receiving tray? A square initial grip is useful progress, but it does not cover the whole sequence you intend to restore.
