How do I stop another FR10 sleeve offset becoming the maintenance answer?

Our sleeve grip has become less square while the pickup edits keep accumulating. Tray looks unchanged. I want to inspect the physical setup before blaming the arm, although I don't yet know whether the sleeve starts crooked or gets pushed that way.

Preserve the edits and compare the seated sleeve with first contact. When does the lean begin?

It looks upright in the pocket, then leans as the fingers contact. The wide camera view doesn't show which face touches first, so that's an observation rather than a pad diagnosis.

Have maintenance inspect the fitted pair, backing pieces and mounting against the approved assembly, including source seating.

The pair has matching references. One contact edge looks more polished than the other, but we haven't measured wear or established whether that appearance came before the unreliable grip.

Matching references narrow identity, not condition. Does maintenance have the inspection criteria for those contacts?

Yes, in the toolmaker's assembly file. Maintenance has it and the saved edit history. Inspection isn't complete; no basis for buying pads or rolling back points yet.

Keep those conclusions open until the measurements and first-contact comparison agree on what needs attention.
