Ask maintenance to compare identified spacers, their tray seats, the finger contacts and the gripper mounting under the inspection procedure. Keep the saved pickup revisions alongside that work. Your next support person needs both the physical findings and the compensation history, not a confident verdict based on the tray looking familiar.
