Yes, a known obstruction can rule out a specific proposed arrangement. A section without a clash cannot establish all orientations and routes. That is the difference I meant.

That is the honest answer to your opening question. You have improved the inputs and identified a missing part of the tool. Don't let the provisional no-clash sketch become a clearance result in the purchasing note.

Yes, both routes are in the requested scope. Setter and service access are included too. I have not received the completed tool drawing, so none of those checks is being described as passed.
