I have asked the seller to identify the complete offered package and describe its inspection before I price collection for our spacer-handling study. The reply contains more photographs and the word checked, but no scope. I want a paid assessment to answer something specific, not repeat the same reassurance

Will the seller allow an independent assessor access before you commit to buying?

They say yes, subject to an agreed visit scope. I am sending the identities, available history and photographs to an assessor for a proposal before booking travel

Does that proposal distinguish condition assessment from suitability for your spacer job?

It should. An acceptable used package can still need substantial application work before it suits that job.
