I have the FR5 arm, but no controller or arm connection cable. Seller says separate parcel and sends no identity for it. The retained crate and packing material contain neither. I want the actual missing package traced.
Ask for the separate package's mark, contents and last physical handover, because the delivered arm reference cannot tell you where the controller went
Seller has supplied a controller-box photograph with our order note beside it. No carrier reference or warehouse handover yet. The cable is not visible, so I have asked about that too.
