Should I compare our sleeve finger inserts before another UR5e offset?

I have asked maintenance to compare the fitted contacts with the drawing before we buy anything, but our sleeve tool has two unmarked insert sets in the cupboard and nobody can tell me which set preceded the crooked pickups; what would make that comparison useful?

Have they identified the set fitted now? Unknown spare history does not stop you checking the current assembly against its intended drawing.

The fitted backing pieces are identified, but the contact inserts are not; I have asked tooling to measure their profiles against the drawing rather than choose by appearance.

Does the drawing also identify how the inserts seat on those backing pieces? A matching front profile would not settle a mismatch behind it.

Yes, and tooling found one insert was not sitting fully against its backing face; thanks for asking about the back, the front profile had been distracting us.

Have maintenance review the seating and accumulated pickup edits together before the supervised check. Finding that contact issue does not select a program version for you.
