What should I inspect before another FR5 sleeve pickup nudge?

Our supervised-bench FR5 sleeve tray loading keeps becoming unreliable, and the answer has been another small pickup edit. The tray looks stationary, but the molded sleeve sits less square in the grip. I want a physical inspection before we blame the arm or reteach everything.

Save the point revisions and inspect identified sleeves, tray seating, finger contacts and tool mounting under the maintenance procedure. I'd start with the as-found condition before changing anything; if cleaning, reseating and an offset edit happen together, a better pickup won't tell you which one helped.

The as-found record is the missing bit. I can recover the point changes, but the notes don't say what was cleaned or reseated around them. I'll have maintenance keep those observations with the next approved comparison.

Include current sleeve variation as well, not just a convenient piece that sits nicely. A repeated check of one identified sleeve and comparisons across identified sleeves answer different questions, provided the setup is suitable for the checks under your procedure.

I've included both in the inspection request. There is no confirmed wear or arm fault yet, and no new point edit has been made on the strength of the crooked appearance alone.
